Why when i engage the alt autopilot  i cant change heading?  

When you engage the autopilot, the plane will automatically level out, meaning you can't turn the plane and change heading by simply moving the joystick. To change heading with autopilot, click the HDG button (or ctrl+h) and you can change your direction by moving the heading "bug" (it's the little orange tab) on your heading indicator.

Or if you have a flight plan set up on your GPS, you can just click the NAV button and that will automatically point you in the same heading as where you are going. Hope that wasn't too confusing.

But not for us realworld Mooney drivers: Moonies have a wingleveler which is on all the time and a yoke button must be pressed to activate ailerons.

IMO, not unlike FS9's autopilot wingleveler.


Both fold-up bikes fit into Mooney's storage compartment

unfortunatelywji, I am not a real word Mooney pilot/driver..........if I was I'd more than likely agree with you, but as I am only a poor old FS9 flier I find it irritating in the extreme......... commoner  ;D
