Hi Yall

I add it autopilot to the FS9 Ford Tri-Motor. It holds the altitude, and vertical speed good. But when a swich on the hdg on the aircraft bankings hard to the left, right, and will not hold a heading.

It also needs an AP section added to the .air file. You'll need an airfile editor and then copy/paste one from another aircraft into the trimotor.

Thanks for the reply.
I did add that section. I figured it out the Ford Tri-Motor didn't have an attitude indicator. Once I add it the attitude indicator all was good to go. I would like to decrease the autopilot's bank angle

Good 2 hear you got your mojo workin' I was going to suggest aliasing the B350 panel but that would kind of spoil the look-and-feel of this classic plane, wouldn't it? :-)

Batman:
To adjust the AP's bank angle; go into the aircraft.cfg file and scroll down to the [Autopilot] heading. Lower the value on "Max Bank Angle".

Hope this helps.

Then why the heck did you add an autopilot? ;)

The trouble is obvious: she's rebelling against this act of sacrilege!!

surely you could use the flight planner. have it like the old days. fly by landmarks and scenery. its more fun.
