i dont think theres sos but is the a radio freq for trouble aircraft?

I don't understand the meaning of what you asking ,but you flight by a IRF(real life)this means that every aircraft are wached and guide by airtrafic control,if there's a problem theres a differents stages of emergency,the highest is emergency declare and the ultimate is MAYDAY sorry if i could not understand your question

There's an emergency frequency, but I don't think it'll be of much use in FS. Why do you ask?

In real life international distress frequency is 121.5.

Unfortunately it doesn't - as the others have said - do anything in FS. :)

121.5 (VHF), 243.0 (UHF). In the UK we also have PETF (Practice Emergency Training Frequency).

Transponder codes as follows...

7700 - General emergency code

7600 - Radio/Comms failure

7500 - unlawful interference, ie hijacking...
