Global Terrain Mesh Help

Postby pc8775 » Fri Jul 29, 2005 10:04 pm

I am in the process of trying to install some scenery upgrades using  the SRTM Terrain Mesh files.  I am having problems installing the files.  I have been able to install other scenery in the past using the add scenery  function in FS9.  For some reason I can not get these files to show up and work.  I have tried everything I can think of and still nothing.  I have created seperate folders, tried dropping the file in the scenery folder under Addon scenery.  I even tried creating a new folder in the main scenery file.  No luck with any of it.  If any one out there has had this problem or knows of a way to fix it I would greatly appreciate any help I can get.  Thanks in advance   Paul
P.S.  I read the tutorial and thought I was doing it correctly but I must be missing something !!

I put mine into the main scenery folder, Were is it on the list I think it needs to be Number 1 the top most one. Also try diffrent areas in the sim some areas are more noticable than others My area around KAVL I noticed a huge!! diffrence. But around KGSP very little alot flatter down there.
