P3 Orion...

Postby Omag 2.0 » Sun Jul 10, 2005 2:22 pm

Ok chaps... shoot me if I'm asking about a known issue, but I don't visit this forum-part that often...

Today I downloaded the P-3 orion... Great plane, but one problem...

Going from the spotview to the 2d-panel freezes my sim... waited for minutes, nothing happend... only ctrl-alt-del will break the deadlock...

The Schulpe Dash-7, witch I reinstalled today causes the same trouble...

Other planes seem to work fine...

I didn't install the orion upgrade yet, but my problem isn't mentioned in its description...

Any thoughts?

Cheers,

Omag

Pardon my rudeness [if it's considered rude], but install the update then. ;D

Who knows? Maybe the problem goes away after that. ;)

and will lock up pause if they are not installed

I had a simular problem with the OpenSky Air Force One aircraft.

It would work perfect at all views until after dark. If you tried to look at the outside view of the plane after dark it crashed FS. I think it had something to do with the lighting effects.

I just gave up trying to use it and found another AF1 made from a different source.

Have you tried downloading a different Orion from a seperate source?
Why yes, I am a noobie/newbie/knewbie
