hello once again


guys the a330 tires sink at the runway when taking off or landing. is there any modifications in the contact points that i should do?

for 747
i got a proplem when i land the plane at 20% fuel the plane cant maintain 140knts it always maintain at 160 or 170. with this situation its hard for me to flare properly
oh by the way the FDE is already been updated 2004ver.

you help would be much appreciated:)

IMO the posky 747 FD's are tad off

i too have a problem where i must constantly maintain a more-than-usual nose up pitch, in order to fly that plane, and this is in a stright line
the situation gets worse when i bank for a turn... even in leveled flight, turning without loss of altitude requires 10 degrees of nose up pitch

i've been n 747's before and i never noticed such uncommon attitudes even below 250kts and no flaps

I had to fiddle with the POSky 747 FD to get it to fly more or less as it should. Good game.

I'm getting the SAME problem with my POSKY 747. I have to keep my speed up just to keep the nose up it seems. And banking the airplane for final!! The nose does go up at least 7-10 degrees... All with 30% fuel.

POSKY are an excellent FREEWARE group who make addons for the sake of their fellow flight-simmers... downing them in my mind is wrong as their work is perfect... They spend a lot of money to keep their server up to supply us with their astounding work. I would understand if you were critisising payware products, but freeware, if you don't like, keep to yourself!

About the sinking gears, make sure you're taking into account the speed and angle of your descent - a high speed and poor angle would cause a sink of the gears into the ground - I have made many landings in the POSKY jets and not encountered this problem...

So if I enjoy makeing rocking chairs, but one rocker has a flat spot on, is that OK? Especially beings that I give them away.

But I really enjoy making them with flat spots, maybe I really don't know that there is a problem because no one has said anything.

Now the first person says "yo man, sit in this thing and take a rock will ya" That is fine with me, I might realize there is a problem.

Now if this first person calls me a stupid ......(add your own words) your chairs suck, I just might quit making a perfect chair that only has one flaw.

So Mr Perfect, I really do believe that a little tact goes a long ways here and rajiv2 hasn't beaten the boys over at poskys. As a matter of fact I bet if he posted this at there site they would be happy to help him out. But you know what? He didn't, he posted here.

I wasn't cussing rajiv2. I was just debating over Moaches comment about their FDEs validity - common sense, but if you had eyes you would see that rajiv2 doesn't actually down 'em.

I like posky planes but their flight dynamics, well suck. their visual models are great, vc's are ok, fd's bad, and sounds......well when i get an a340 that has the sound of a 172 it doesn't make me want to fly that plane very long, of course when i fix that all up they are a joy to fly.

Rather than watching perfectly great forum members descend to taking jabs at one another, I'd rather see a discussion comparing the posky A330/340s to the Flightcraft models.  I downloaded the Flightcraft A340-600, and mated it with Pasquale Rinaldi'si A340 panel (liked the panel).  The results were OK, but I noted the autopilot (altitude hold) just couldn't keep from oscillating up and down, and was clearly overcorrecting with too much/too little thrust (using autothrottle), and too much elevator action as well.  How does this compare to the posky planes?
