I badly need help!

Postby jakob » Tue Jun 28, 2005 11:23 am

Hi, Have purchased Japanese airports vol.3 by Overland. I have flight simulator installed on D drive.(fs.09) When I try to install into flight sim. on d drive, I keep getting low on disc space for c drive. It show destination folder for D drive and flight simulator. I have tried to click on d also but it only highlight c drive. I have plenty of space on D drive:
Disc size=59GB
Available=48G
Required=262MB
It looks like I have plenty to me. I never have this problem before wiht installing sceneries. I follow instructions but still problem. Thank you much for any help. jakob :-/

jacob,

Some software automatically extracts itself to the "default" C drive whiel in the process of actually installing onto the X drive.  So if your C drive actually does not have the space to TEMPORARILY extract the cabs / zip files into... you might be getting the "out of room" message.

Just a thought.

Are you installing the Japanese language package or the English one?

best,
