Thanks for the headsup, Pete Mr. Folkers, Thomas & Shupe and Co. certainly made me an offer I can't refuse :-)

Heya SaVas,

I use the piston Smoke Effect from the Wings of Power Bombers and Jets CD on all of my piston engine aircraft.

I used the smoke effect from the YS-11 as its not too dark and not too light. here is the finished effect:

After using the Beech D18S autoinstall we have lots of smoke!

This is repainted

P.S. I think the in-flight smoke is (looks) unrealistic on this model. On other models (where smoke is appropriate), we use Nick's Smoke

Awww, C'mon Bill--lighten up.  I think IMHO that the in-flight smoke SaVas is using looks just fine.  It may have been a while since those P&W Wasp Juniors have had the piston rings replaced.  I think it may be time for a major engine overhaul!

An excellent choice for Nick's Smoke Bill, especially for those strange aircraft (like the Beriev BE-200).  Since the Aircraft.cfg [SMOKESYSTEM] has no real (Z-Axis) coordinate then your engine smoke would be coming out of either side of your fuselage!  With Nick's Smoke you can accurately place the smoke where it needs to be.
