AI Addons Problem

Postby mitchgixer6 » Wed Jun 08, 2005 6:22 am

Hi Everyone

Looking for some more advice please!

I've recently installed a couple of David Hay's AI aircraft packages form the scenery downloads section. Installed easily enough thanks to the .exe files. These packages are ace! Very realistic.

Now the addons work OK as all the AI planes have been added. The problem I have is that when the AI aircraft are in the air, they seem to multiply! It looks like there are 2 or sometimes 3 aircraft flying within about 2 feet of each other! The tags that come up with type, distance, height etc also get multiplyed so it's very hard to read the tags.

I tried mailing David via the mail address on the readme but it was returned. Can't get onto his website either.

Any one know what the problem might be? I tried turning the traffic density down but dodn't seem to work.

Any help much appreciated.

Mitch

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.
