POSKY 747-400 FX folder??

Postby f-16 » Sat Jun 04, 2005 9:29 am

I recenylt downloaded the POSKY 747-400. It also came with a effects ZIP file, The instructions don't mention what to do with the these zipped FX files.

Should I unzip them in the FS/EFFECTS folder?

If it's a folder called effects, put it in your main FS directory.

If it's effects files in a ZIP, put them in FS/effects.

Ok.. I unzipped the file into the main FS/effects folder. It gave me a 744-effects folder with the files in it. I'm not sure if the files will be read this way? Inside a 744-effects folder in the FS/effects folder?

I also have another problem with the wing tip strobes. When the plane is on the ground taxing, the wingtip strobes are shown to be blinking 5 feet above the wing tips!

How do I fix this? Here is a copy of my LIGHTS section:

..I'd take the effects out of that 744 folder and put them into the main effects folder as single files....no ideas about the lights..at a guess you would have to change those figures but to what?...no idea....commoner ;)
