Does anyone know where I could find some? I have a basic understanding of how to fly them, but I have a hard time comming to a hover after straight flight and then landing. If none exist, someone who knows how to fly them should make one.

Check out HoverControl at hovercontrol.com

Also take a look at the Hoversafe Academy:

May i suggest always reduce the fuel load before attempting to fly FS9 helos. I suggest ten to twenty percent fuel for local maneuvers.

P.S. a good joystick is essential to fly simulator helos; in my setup simply increasing the power will place the FS9 rotary machine in hover

Has been a while since i`ve visited this forum and i hope i can be of a little help. Can i assume that you have printed off the Heli tutorials from FS9. and also cheched out www.hovercontrol.com .,if so,and your still having trouble with tutorials then why not consider picking something up from a MODEL shop. having been involved in Radio-Controlled Helicopters many moons ago i can tell you that the principles of flight are the same, the only difference is that we dont get too feel the natural forces on our body when flying in FS9,we have to rely on our vision and perseption.

The HUD ( Head Up Display) is actually a good idea ,i have both the HUD from hovercontrol.com and the HUD from an earlier edition of PCPilot. the HUD from PCPilot also has a training mode which comes with text that tells you which direction the chopper is flying in,of,course you can turn this off and just fly by the HUD. Downloaded with the HUD is a default Bell Jetranger. Happy Hovering.
