A weird one.

Postby Robert_Bance » Tue May 31, 2005 1:27 am

I'd like to hear from anyone willing to try the following.
Go to Runway 9 on MWCB Gerrard Smith Intl -- Cayman Brac ( Cayman Island), preferably with an Amphibian.
Take off straight out . ALT 200 ft  OK.  Let me know what you see in the water hundred yards away. (N10.41.43/W79.50.06).
Personally, I have what appears to be an extremly long runway, ( gravel color) , right in the water, and 3 piers /warfes., pratically in shallow water.  There is even a swimmer next to a boat. Too bad, i've forgotten how to get a screen shot. If others have the same, then it's another "boo boo from MS" , If i am alone, then I'll need to find out where and how I got this misview. and fix it. Help/suggestions welcome.

Dont have it here either.

Sounds like add-on scenery, particularly with boat and swimmer.

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.

Could be a previously unknown easter egg triggered by specific time/date/weather settings....we'd have to know what those details were in order to replicate though...

Well enough said,  and thanks for the verifyng replies.
My next step is to find where the trouble is.   My other computer with FS9 did not show it as well.
Again, thanks fellows/

Bob - The Caymans are known for their spices and delicious concoctions ..... Please say that you didn't spend too much time out in the sun, under the palm trees!!!

Before I waste my time. Was the swimmer male or female? If female, what (if anything) was she wearing?  ;D ;)
