TCAS / GPWS

Postby andrewgeorge60 » Thu May 26, 2005 5:16 pm

Hi does anyone know where I can get hold of decent Ground Proximity Warning Systems and Traffic Collision Avoidance Systems for fs 2004.  This would add to an already great experience.   Thanks

Which kind of GWPS are you looking for - a "warning - pull up" or a "callout" gauge?  There are a few here http://www.simviation.com/cgi-bin/perlf ... +proximity and here http://www.simviation.com/cgi-bin/perlf ... &q=callout.   Or search the avsim library.

IMO the best TCAS gauge is Eric Marciano's  http://emarciano.flightsimmer.com/  Get one of his ready made panels or learn panel design and put it in existing panels.  FSUIPC 3.x required but a registration code is provided.
