hi all i need to reinstall FS9 on my system but cannot find CD 4 does anyone know where i can get a free CD 4 from i have got cd 1,2,3.

Look in your CD drive  ;) .

If you have a proof of purchase of the original program Microsoft will replace the damaged / lost disk.
