APROACH MODE?

QUESTION..does it do the same as Nav,but controls also altitude aproaching on ILS??

Yes, that is exactly what it does, assuming your NAV1 radio is locked on to an ILS signal.

 Yes Webb I aware of it,but in real life Its the same???I mean does the 737 respond on aproach mode like the fs9 ??Is that what that buttom only does?

When you click the APPROACH button, and assuming the NAV 1 radio is tuned to the ILS frequency, it will control your left to right (localizer), and the altittude (glideslope). But not all ILS approaches have a glideslope, in which case you would click the REV, or BACKCOURSE button, with a backcourse approach you will have a localizer, but not a glideslope, so you will have to control your altittude manually......... 8)
