Twin Otter in FS9.1

I'm trying to get the DeHavilland DH6 Twin Otter to work in FS 9.1 and am running into problems. There are two dll files, fsuipc.dll, and fssounds.dll, which are supposed to go in the "modules" folder, and apparently activated by adding the following lines to the fs2004.cfg file:

[OldModules]
FSUIPC.dll=1
Fssound.dll=1

Apparently, the FSUIPC.dll will allow certain DH6 gauges, etc to work.

The problem is, I CAN'T FIND the fs2004.cfg file.  I look in the "Flight Simulator 9" folder, and don't see it.  What gives?  Do I need to create it myself?  If so, what all goes into it?  Or does it just auto-load these two dll files when it starts up?  Overall, I'm finding the info about adapting the DH6 (apparently developed originally for FS2002) into FS2004 pretty misleading.  Can anyone help with this?

Check out the Flight Simulator 2004 FAQs at the top of this forum menu. Where is the FS9.cfg located?

Having all my 'good stuff' on the desktop make it easy to find. The fs9.cfg file is here: C:\Documents and Settings\Yourname\Application Data\Microsoft\FS9\fs9.CFG

The oldmodules/sound part goes here but all that has to be done with FSUIPC.DLL is place it in the modules folder (registered or not it will work)

Hope this helps

P.S. We fly the Premaircraft DHC6 models

OK, duh, thanks guys!  It hadn't occurred to me that MS might make the fs9.cfg a hidden file.  All is working now, and my Twin Otters are flying well.  8)
