Several ways.
Use the "Print Screen" button. Then open your paint program and paste file in there.
Many, including myself, use a screen capture program. There are many out there and most, if not all, are free.
I still use "Capture". Many others use "Grab It". There are a couple of others but their names slip my mind.
Do a Google search on those two and you will find them.
Someone will probably come along later and give you direct links where to download them.
