Have just discovered that, among other things, FSUIPC as used in FS2002 doesn't work in FS2004.

I don't think you need a registered copy of FSUIPC to run radar gagues, but I could be wrong...

Why don't you ask the person who wrote FSUIPC.

Even better, check out the free gauges

KEY = DSVT JE5S 6DUO
(You may need a newer version of the gauge.)

You don't need the new version of FSUIPC to run Eric's radar gauge nor do you need to register it. I am running an older version of FSUIPC from the CFS2 days and it works fine. Just register the f.16ga (the one from Kirk Olsen's excellent F-16) in fsuipc with the code Webb showed. Works fine for me!
Good luck and happy flying.

Activating the radar gauge is an easy process.
First, if you have loaded up FSUIPC into your flight sim MoDULES folder....then fire up the game. Game should be in WINDOW mode for this, makes it easier.
Click on MODULES and SELECT FSUIPC.
Look along the right side around the middle and you will a TAB/BUTTON ....."Register an Application" or something very close to that wording.
Hit that button and when the new window pops up, type in the following CORRECTLY. Name of application is:
f16.gau
**NOTE** I can't remember if the app name is F16.gau or f16.gau. Not at home or I would verify. If one don't work, use the other.
The code you enter is the one WEBB posted. IF you entered the app. name and code correctly, then when you hit ok you will be ready to go.
You might have to close out of the sim and start it back up again, not sure here. The gauge should work. The way it is set up, when you first pull up the radar.......it will do a sweep and have Eric's name in there........then go blank. DON'T PANIC!!

LOL................

Glad we got it working for you. It's one of those great gauges that really make the acft. stand out, what ever acft. you put it in to. Just about all mine have it, might have missed one of the one's I rarely fly.
Happy flying!
