Sorry dude, but in a post-911 world, I'm not at all finding the entertainment value of such an activity.

I think he means how to be able to land on a building with his Bell copter. :-X  Default scenery (normal buildings) will not allow landing on them.  Either you crash into them, if your FS crash settings are enabled, or you fly right through them, if FS crash settings are disabled.  Most likely you will have to look at creating your own scenery object, using FSDS or GMAX, as this is where "landable surfaces" are created.

First consideration - landable surfaces.  When scenery is created, this option is available.  I have read up on how to do this in FSDS but have no clues with regard to GMAX, in either case there will be related topics in their respective help menus.

Second consideration - crashable/uncrashable scenery.  Within FSDS (and most surely GMAX), there is an option to select "Crash Detection" on/off.  In FSDS this is found in the Part Properties menu as a checkbox.  This way, you can keep your FS crash settings, but the scenery object can be made to be "uncrashable".  I am unsure if creating a landable surface on a building will cause a crash to register, if the crash detection checkbox is enabled.  To be on the safe side, I would create the building with crash detection off.  If none of this answers your question, it might hopefully be of benefit to someone else.

I land helis on all kinds of default buildings in FS9, including autogen and custom, with or without crash detection.

Look for buildings with FLAT, grey(ish) roofs. If you have 'aircraft casts shadows' turned on (Options/Setting/Display-Aircraft tab) and you see the shadow on the roof as you fly/hover over the roof, you should be able to land.
