are there any commands you can type into the command line on fs9 (right click on desktop icon select properties then target line) to increase the fs9 heapsize and if so what is it? also any other recommendations on what i could do here would be great.

Yes, I gathered that much.  But what I'm asking is why would you do that?  There may be an easier way to accomplish whatever it is you're trying to accomplish.

heapsize is where the computer allocates more ram to the program to lower the loading times without impacting the graphics

Yes, I know what heapsize is, but I didn't know what you were trying to accomplish by modifying it.  For all I know you could have wanted to modify the heapsize so your computer would play better music.

That said, no, I don't know of any commands to do it.  But loading time hasn't been an issue for me, so I've never looked into it.

It wasn't from a "site", it was given to me by Megascenery Support.

I've uploaded it to my site.
