Stupid audio stuff agian.

I have had this problem several times and the only way I can find to solve it is to reinstall the game but now with tons of add ons It is really a hassle.  
What happens is ATC starts talking really slow like half speed it sounds like the old tapes you slowed down. If I reinstall the audio driver it works for a few minutes but then goes back to slow.  I didnt add anything out of the ordinary just a couple of aircraft. any starting point that you can think of.

maybe this is something to do with the rate of simulation, which you need to change in one of the settings menu.
