FS9 Video Record will do the following:
"Flight Simulator's Flight Videos offer a fun and useful tool for evaluating your performance as a pilot. The only limit on recorded flight length is the available space on your hard disk.
Recording a Flight Video
Recording a flight video is simple. You can choose the recording rate for your video, which determines how often the simulator samples the flight data. Increasing the rate improves the video quality, while decreasing the rate makes the video file smaller.
To record a flight video
On the Options menu, click Flight Video.
Choose a recording interval from the Recording interval list.
Click Record new clip to start recording.
When finished recording, press ESC.
Saving a Flight Video
Use the Save Video dialog box to name and describe your recorded video. You can also review what you've recorded so far, or resume recording.
To save a flight video
During the flight, while recording, press ESC.
In the Save Video dialog box, type a name for the video.
In the Video Clip Title box, type a description of the video's contents (optional).
Note: You cannot change this description later.
Click OK.

Click the Review button to watch the video.
- or -
Click the Resume button to continue recording this video.
Playing a Flight Video
Use the Flight Video dialog box to play the flight videos.
To play a flight video
On the Options menu, click Flight Video.
Select a video in the Saved video clips list.
Click Play Clip.
When you're finished watching the video, press ESC.
Deleting a Flight Video
Use the Flight Video dialog box to delete unwanted flight videos.
To delete a flight video
On the Options menu, click Flight Video.
Select a video in the Saved video clips list.
Click Delete Clip.
Sharing a Flight Video
You can share a flight video with friends, as long as they have the same version of Flight Simulator installed. Flight videos are stored in .fsr files. If you're using Flight Simulator with Windows XP, .fsr files are saved in C:\Documents and Settings\yourname\My Documents\Flight Simulator Files. If you're using previous versions of Windows, .fsr files are saved in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator\Flights\Myflts. You can copy the files to removable media drives (using floppy disks, Zip disks, CD-R discs, or similar media) or send them to other Flight Simulator players via email."
