A friend of mine wanted me to ask, what In your opion is the easiest big plane to fly 727-737 etc...

Well for starters I would not call a B727 or b737 a big airplane. If you want a big airplane than try the B777,B747-400 and some of the Airbusses as well. But if you want the worlds largest aircraft that is currently flying today than download the ANTOV AN225.This plane is indeed the worlds largest aircraft to fly EVER. This plane is like a flying HANGER It dwarfs a 747 or any other plane for that matter. It is a CRAGO plane capeable of carrying a huge payload.

If you're refering to large, commercial airliner jets (meaning the 727 and 737 would be included), most entry-level jet pilots are put into the 737 series.  It's safe, reliable, stable and predictable.  A true joy to fly.

I would say the airbus series.  

For entry-level big planes, there is nothing comparable with the good ole 737, but you might want to fly the Lear to get used to jet ops first. The 737, not too fast, got enough power, doesn't need a huge airport, controls are slow but not so slow you have to plan way ahead.

Easiest, as in you aren't trying to start flying, but are just curious about which one is the easiest to fly. Well so far in reality, I would say the 757 is the easiest one I have flown. It's pretty light on the controls for something it's size. 767 is kinda heavy, old 727 is kinda hard to deal with, 737 is simple but not all that great in performance. The A-320 has those fly-by-wire controls, wonderful for controlling the airplane, but the feedback system is sad and I personally don't like flying it all that much.

Actually the airbus is hard to fly if you're coming from a conventional aircraft. Very easy to over-react since you are commanding a roll rate and not bank angle with the side stick.
You'd be surprised to see how advanced the airbus FBW is.

Just take the landing flair. When flying the Airbus in normal law, the aircraft will memorize your atittude at 50ft RA and progressivly starts to reduce the pitch, forcing you to flare the aircraft

Ya it takes a while to get used to it. Feels like you're playing a game almost with the sidestick (weird instinct to grab the trigger). And the computer throwing in inputs to make you work gets kinda annoying after a while.

I would have said the 747-400 is easy to fly, that bird can go so slow with flaps extended that you should be ashamed if you cant put it on the numbers on landing!!!!! When you see them on final into airports, they looks like theyre practically hovering! It also has bucket loads of power to get you out of any stickey situations. Ive just started flying an Monarch A330, from simviation, thats also quite nice to fly.

Remember Gary though, you don't dump fuel unless it's an emergency, if you come in heavy that's your problem the airline would say, land it.

Also, the 707 and DC-8 isn't what I would call a pilot's airplane. The controls are extremely heavy in reality and it takes both pilots to turn or pitch or anything. It is a very beautiful plane though and quite capable in the right hands.

And the 747, any pilot would agree those numbers that FS runs is wrong. FS doesn't correctly emulate the way the airliners fly and they don't get the speeds right with their models. The 747 does have a lot of power, but it can fly at VERY unrealistic speeds on final at low weights.
