AFCAD By Lee Swordy is a program that allows you to adjust airport layouts. eg:parking,lighting,ramps,runways,helipads and their texures as well as to add VORs,NDBs,ILS. Look in the Utilitys section and it has an indepth manual on how to use this great program.AFCAD2 is the FS9 version
