What are the specifications of your computer and graphic card? This may give us a general idea of what to suggest. Simply put, keep experimenting with the graphic and hardware sliders in the fs9. There are many very good fs9 graphics tutorials available to help you find your way as well....

What he means is what sort of computer do you have?
I. for example. have a Pentium 4 1.7Ghz with 512MB of RAM and a GeForce 5200 256MB Graphics card.
This information is required to assess how and if you can improve your graphics settings.

It is impossible to suggest settings without knowing the potential of your system.
I recommend that you find this information and then come back. No one will be able to help you without some effort from your self.
Alternatively you could set all the settings in FS9 to maximum and see what it looks like, if it works then crack on. If you get a very jerky picture reduce each setting by a little until you get a balance between image quality and ease of flight.
Good luck
