You would add the next consecutive aircraft number in place of the "xx". For example, if the last aircraft was [Fltsim.01] then you would enter [Fltsim.02]. The designer has no way of knowing how many liveries you have installed for a given aircraft hence the instruction to use what works for you. See the tute here for an in depth explanation:

Heya Jrpilot,
Basically when you add a new repaint you should always:
1.) Make a backup copy of the original Aircraft.cfg file.
2.) Open the new Texture Readme file from the author (hopefully they have supplied one.)
3.) Open the Aircraft.cfg file and look at the titles
[Fltsim.0], [Fltsim.1], [Fltsim.2], etc.
4.) Copy/Paste the new title [Fltsim.xx] and all other information from the repaint author's Readme file into the Aircraft.cfg under the other [Fltsim.whatever] entries.
5.) Change the [Fltsim.xx] title in the Aircraft.cfg file to the next number higher (i.e. if your Aircraft.cfg has the last title [Fltsim.3] then change the [Fltsim.xx] title to [Fltsim.4]
6.) Save the Aircraft.cfg and fly your newly re-painted aircraft!

I couldn't possibly be faster on the buttons-if you were to watch me type you'd see that a caveman could chisel it in the side of a cave faster than I can type.
