starting on the runway?

I create a flight and asked ATC for clearance they say cleared to taxi to runway ## hold short but I'm already on the runway ready for deparature can uncheck something that will not start on the runway.
Specs
E6300, 3 gigs 800 Ram, 8800GT oc, 400gig Sata drive, Windows XP Pro 64 Bit..

...mmm..it usually then says "Acknowledge Taxi clearance"...when you do that ..you get "Tune Tower..." then comes... "Request Take off clearance"  even if you haven't actually taxied.  Many airports give you a choice of where to position your aircraft when you choose the departure airport...either at a gate or a runway or some other place on the site, others don't...hope that helps...commoner ;)

Hey sonic,

I think what you're after would be this :

When you create a flight, or use flight planner, when selecting your airport (starting airport in flight planner),
you should see the drop-down list I've ringed.

This, as you can see, chooses your start location.
You can select many options (including parking spaces) from the list, as long as the airport has them. (eg : Heathrow has hundreds of parking spots/gates, while smaller airstrips may not have any).
