Loading of textures

Postby jakob » Tue Feb 22, 2005 2:37 pm

Hello, Noticed that lately airplane textures (some) are completely gray. When I arrive at airport planes have their colors but when I go in slew mode they are sometimes gray color. Is there something I can ajust in the fs09.cfg file to correct this? Any tips from anybody? Thanks so much, jakob :-/

This could be a driver card issue. But need more info? Does this happen at all airports or just at one airport.
What are your system specs what airport what time of day what aircraft? Just to mention a few questions.

Thank you. It happens at all aiports day or night. My system specs:
Sony Vaio 2.8
512
21" monitor
EGForce-5500 Fx Graphics card
256mb ddr agp

This is my system and it runs great except for the problem with the textures. I also am using windows xp.
I have my screen resolution set at 1024x768. I hope I give enough info.  Thank you, jakob :'(

If you move too quickly in slew mode, the sim often doesn't have time to "catch up", and will leave the textures blurred. Just give it a little bit and they should load, unless it's a bigger problem.
