SGA DC10

downloaded the above the other day having problems...

When climbing, the plane loses speed fast and ends up stalling, even at as little as +100ft/min. What could be the problem???

I have noticed that when the plane is losing speed, the fuel flow to the engines is dropping, but the N1% stays the same...

Any advice??

Have you checked to see if your aircraft is below MTOW (Maximum TakeOff Weight).I have found that my DC-10 was over-weight even with a modest fuel load. This made her climb preformance very weak.Step climbing and careful speed managment are key to flying the DC-10.I found that FL300-FL340 is the best cruise level for the DC-10.
In FS go to your aircraft/Fuel and payload/ and alter aircrafts station weights to lighten the load.
Best of luck and i hope you get this sorted out as the DC-10 is a dream to fly

Yes Thankyou!!

It was like 29000kg Over MTOW!!! I never usually change the payload so I just assumed that it would be under MOTW like all the planes are - but yes thanks for that.

She is still a sluggish climber, but managed to bring her up to FL350 at about mach .86
