CAN THE DOWNLOADS ON YOUR SIT BE USED ON THIS AND  doe it require a special joy stick have a savitek  cyborg graphite stick  will it work

Please don't random shout, it's an eyeache. Be used on what? FS2004? Any downloads in the fs2004 section should be compatible and will work ;D.

Not sure about the joystick though, don't know the model.

I think your oxygen line is loose, either plug it back in or lower your altitude.

If it's from the FS 2004 section then it should work in FS 2004. No guarantees though and that will be stated in the Readme file that comes with the download. Just have to try them out and see. If the download doesn't work you can try contacting the author or if it's not worth the effort just remove it from the sim.

Saitek Cyborg stick should work fine with FS 2004. I have an X-45 and love it. Not sure if the Cyborg has twist grip but if not you can just set the autorudder in FS 2004.
