Doesn't appear to be FS10 scenery.  I followed a link on FSNordic to a forum talking about CFS3 (http://www.simhq.com/simhq3/sims/boards/bbs/ultimatebb.php?ubb=get_topic;f=82;t=002950;p=1).  Reading through the post, on page 2 it seems to indicate that the scenery was custom-built.

Av History posted in the CFS3 forum a while back that they where some early shots of the now uncontinued CFS series so......
