Visual model could not be displayed message

Postby BiggBaddWolf » Sat Jan 22, 2005 1:34 pm

Ok I finally got the plane to show up in the aircraft list in FS, but when I go to select it I get a Visual model could not be displayed message, and flight sim shuts down, so I am assuming it doesnt have a texture  ???
How do I get a texture on it  ??? ??? :o

No it has nothing to do with textures i believe you have the MDL filename wrong or in the model.cfg the entry is wrong (the mdl name and the name in the model.cfg must be the same) Also you have to do something in the Aircraft.cfg but im not 100% sure because FS isnt on this computer

Yes,the Model name, model cfg. name, air. file name and this in the aircraft cfg. file must match
[fltsim.0]
title=
sim=this name
model=
panel=
sound=
texture=

Also besure you have sound, and panel folders.
