I don't think you can do that (although I think the Cub's speed indicator is in MPH)  , but to find MPH from knots do this:

Knots x 1.15 = MPH

ex.

Yea, there isn't a semi-sophisticated airplane in the world made after 1930(or something, give me some leeway, and YES I know there are a few exceptions hee and there) that gives speed in MPH, so you can't really do it.

Press SHIFT+Z and at the top of the screen will appear flight information such as heading, altitude, and your speed in MPH ;)

There are two types of aeroplane, Spitfires and everything else that wishes it was a Spitfire!

There are also some free conversion utilities you can download but you really should just make the transition to knots it'll make you flying much easier to get used to that instead of trying to convert all the time.

GPS shows the present ground speed, I always thought that the ground speed was already calculated into MPH .... but hey, what do I know !

Unless you're using a map scaled in statute miles for navigation, I don't see why you'd need that information...  ??? Just curious...

Nope. GS is not in MPH, nothing aviation is in MPH (except for the simplest and oldest of planes), just like nothing is in miles (always either statute or nautical).
