MD-11

Was just looking at my purty, shiny Delta MD-11 that I haven't gotten a chance to toy with yet, and I noticed it's service ceiling is listed at 32,400 ft. Now this seemed a little low to me. Can anyone shed some light? It may have just been a typo.

....mmm...done a few "GOOGLES" and favourite seems to be 32,600 ft. Wonder why these figures vary so much? .commoner ???

well having been on an MD11 which cruised at 35,000. Yes i know there are sites out there with 32,600. I found a site which looked rather professional for the numbers. will look again to confirm it.
After some checking, it appears that it depends on which model of MD11 it is. earlier models seem to have the limit of 32,600, later 37,900
