Postby carolina_ice » Mon Jan 10, 2005 10:51 pm

Sorry, this has probably been asked before but I have dial up and its slow even for dial up so I try not to surf anymore than I have to.  But where can I find good AI traffic someone said. project AI but wasnt sure what to get when I go there. If there is a free one out there that would be great but if not whats the best one. Thanks.

Project AI is free and probably the best you can get. If you want to keep your surfing to a minimum just go there and find everything you need. Download the PAI installer first. Then find the airlines you want. There are some packages which includes several different airlines. Good luck.

Is ultimate traffic better I can spend the 30 bucks if its alot better.  This is probably a stupid question but do the planes fly or just sit at the airports.

They fly alright.

Example, I live near DFW Airport (Dallas-Fort Worth International). I also know that American is based there, Delta flys alot of flights out of there. Plus there are others.

From the PAI website I download the COMPLETE AMerican and Delta packages. Then I go offline and using the PAI installer program, I intall those packages.

Result....now if I fly anywhere in North Texas or along AA or Delta's routes I will see plenty of extra AI acft. flying around. You know because the ACFT. ID in the game starts with PAI on those you have installed.

It is a very nice set up. You can add as much as you want and different types of acft.

Honestly, save the $30.00 and at least try PAI, I really think you will be satisfied.

Hi C-I.....just try to get airlines that are likely to be at the airports you use.......when you are told by ATC to hold when trying to taxi across the active runway you will maybe wish they would STOP flying for a while :D

To install..I usually download to my desktop..open the installer and browse to the Airline file then click open....just follow the installer until it lets you know to quit eh?..I then delete the file from the desktop...good luck
