Back to the future...

I feel silly. I am about to ask a newbie-ish question.

The date and time of my fs always take me back to a certain point in 2003 when creating a flight. Is it in any way possible to lick the current time and date of one's PC to the time used in FS?

Thanks in advance!

Im not sure as it can be done easily within flightsim, though hopefully there is a way.
Alternatively you could use FSRealtime which does just that though you may need fsuipc I think.

:)

Wotcha Omag - go to settings...general and change from flight time to system time

Trouble is if you always sim in the local area in the evening, your flights will always start in the dark because that's the time on your PC. Then you can just change the time manually - or start somewhere in the world where it's day time.

Thanks for the explanation Rollerball! Simple and clear...

I've downloaded FS realtime Reap, it comes with the needed FSuipc-file, but it's shareware and you need to connect it to the sim. Didn't have the time to  experiment with it yet...
