Starting Position

I find that my default start airport has changed.I'm at some dingey little strip , which I can change I know, but how do I reset default to somewhere more suitable?
Also multi engined a/c only have one engine started - how do I have all engines going ,automatically,at kick off ? Ta

Set your flight exactly how you want it, then save it as the default flight.
