I use the following
www.airnav.com
It is approved by the FAA and has info on airports navaids intersections and a whole lot more.
Its only downfall is it is only for USA 8)

Go to Aeronautical Charting --> Downloads --> Digital TPP

Then click on the link with the most recent charts.
