What is the trick to getting the 737 on the ground smothly,so the passengers don't complain .

Fly slow, dont Pull imelmans on Approach like I do, when I say slow I mean 120 knots or less if possible..... Just dont pull an imelman...... I ended up getting all the passengers puke on me! Eeeeeeeeek, Well cheers, Gunny.... Also Dont do any Jerky movement, and if they complain cause it aint 100% smooth tell em to fly elsewhere Cheers..!

Here's how I do it, may not be correct....

Use the Approach, to get established on the localizer and glideslope. and it will bring you in. I usually maintain a little higher than 120 kts, usually 140, maybe a little more, then turn off the autopilot at the middle marker and hand fly it the rest of the way in...

Well, i just get to the runway and flare while holding the brakes (because sometimes you don't even know you've hit the ground) and increase pitch as you slow to make it a soft touch.
It's probly not the right way but it works for me
And 140kts is usually what i come down on as well, cos 120 can be a bit slow

Use the reference sheet found in the kneeboard for v-speeds, it'll give you the recommended landing speed. Disengage A/T and idle throttles when the runway threshhold disappears under your nose, or when you cross the inner marker (in reall life it's just "when you make the runway"-so whenever you are sure to land on it). DON'T flare more than 5 degrees nose up, anything more is dangerous-I think the maximum is like 9 degrees, but you shouldn't need anymore than 5. Also, for realisms sake, try not to land on displaced threshholds or you get a fine :-[
