Canadian Snowbirds Package

Hi All,

I am new to the forums here even though I have downloaded a few planes from Simviation.

What brought me to the forums is the release of my Snowbirds 2004 release.  I had originally released the zip file to only three websites, so that it was easier to manage as this was my first FS project.

Well, someone had install problems with my release and couldn't figure out what the problem was.  So I told them the easiest was to extract into FS9 with folder intact.  Then everything should fall into place.  He tried that but still no Tutor.  So I asked where he got the file from.  He downloaded it from here.  So I did the same thing.

Well, someone uploaded it here after modifying the folder layout and didn't tell anyone.  My original install started with Aircraft, Gauges, Sound and a file that defaults to the main FS9 folder.  When I opened this new zip file, there was a folder Snwbrd04 added to the front of every file.  So instead of installing in the right place, everything went to FS9\Snwbrd04.

I would like to have this file removed but don't know who to ask.  Once it is gone, I will upload the correct version with the proper install docs.

I have uploaded the CndTutor.zip this afternoon.  This release has all the training version of the Tutor.  I hope people will enjoy them.

If you do like the Tutor releases, please do not modify them before uploading anywhere.  It makes my job harder to help others if they have problems.  I don't mind sharing my work, in fact thats why I released it for everyone to enjoy.

Great package........the detail is excellent. I will have to show it to my buddy Mike. He has flown 18's out of Cold Lake for a number of years now and just last month was 1 of 2 pilots picked for the new 2004 snowbird team. I sure he will approve.......... 8)

now....if I had only joined the Air Force as a pilot instead of going AIRBORNE. Yugoslavia would have looked different from the air instead of getting shot at on the ground........ :- :'(
