Perhaps someone can help me

Postby Steve_Butka » Mon Nov 29, 2004 2:55 pm

I didn't know where to put this because I can not figure out if the program I am looking for is freeware, payware, or what not.

In another forum I saw a bunch of screenshots by someone and in the shots I saw lines of dialog such as "Your passengers are happy with your flight time"  (or something about arriving at the airport on time.

The text was written in red with the green highlighting, similar to an ATIS weather report.

If someone knows what this progran is, I'd love to know-- it seems neat.  Thanks for listening.  :)

I for one do not have a clue as to what you are talking about. I have not seen or heard of a program that displays "Your passengers are happy with your flight time"  It might be part of a VIRTUAL AIRLINE some VA'S have some strange things for FS. I would suggest if you can find the screen shot again try to contact the author of it maybe he/she can help.

I understand what Steve is talking about but I don't know of any screengrab utility that has the feature to add text. Just because I haven't seen it doesn't mean there isn't such a utility available. It's also quite possible the text was added to the shot using a conventional graphics editor like PSP.

PS. I might be missing the point & there could be a utility that adds this sort of thing to FS9 itself.

im pretty sure it wasnt a modification through a paint or screenshot program.  it was defnitely an add-on of some sort.  there were other messages, too but i've forgotten them (i saw this a few months ago) and the author of the thread never got back to me when I asked him about it.
