FSsound.dll error help

FSsound.dll error help

I have fs2004,and when i start it up i keep getting this error message:found incompatiable software,fssound.dll
I cant remember how to sort this,i asked before and im sure i had to delete a file or something?

You need to add something to the FS9.cfg file.

[OLDMODULES]
   fssound.dll = 1


To get to the FS9.cfg file:

C:\Documents and Settings\your username\Application Data\Microsoft\FS9

Open FS9.cfg with Notepad to edit it.

You'll need to show hidden files in order to find that (application data is hidden)

To show it, go to Tools>folder options, select the view tab and look for an option to show hidden folders and files.

Be careful!!! The reason MS hides some stuff is because if you muck with the wrong file you can cause your computer not to boot!
