Posted: Sun Nov 21, 2004 5:23 pmMS has an ATC Voicepack SDK on their Flight Simulator page, with a text file of all the phrases, airports, aircraft types, and airlines that are included in the default voicepacks.
The freeware program EditVoicePack will enable you to add even more airports, phrases and callsigns. Highly recommended, it really spices ATC up.
