Rain display problems

Has anyone ever had this problem?

Ok, when you use any weather scheme with rain, has anyone ever noticed that the virtual cockpit seems to "rise from the ground"?

Here's an example. I'm 3000 feet above Sanderson Field, facing southeast in Shelton WA, and every time I run with any form of precipitation, I get this display problem where the virtual cockpit rises up from the ground.

If so, is there a fix for it?

Some of the cockpits you have to keep the Zoom at a certain point in order for the cockpit to display correctly. Try adjusting you zoom.

Now if it is doing it on it's own, as in, starts out fine and then just drifts to where it is in the pic.; well then, ya got me. Never heard of that one before.

It happens every time I fly in the rain, and it even affects the standard cockpit view. It removes the runway and it seems as if the ground shifts up somewhat.

I also get an error message saying "Your altimeter is set incorrectly. Press Shift + W to set it" and when I do, nothing happens.

WTF?

The correct default kestoke should be SHIFT B. I think that shift + W is the keystroke to raise or lower the water rudder on the cesna caravan. RECHECK YOUR ASSIGNMENTS.
As far as the other problem does this happen in any aircraft or is it just one. If it is only one airplane than that plane has a problem with the VC. Otherwise you might be having a video card problem

The cockpit must float as the rainwater builds up in the bottom of the monitor.  Drill a hole in the bottom of it to let the water out

It happens with every aircraft, even add-on aircraft are affected by it.

It is probably a VGA problem, try reinstalling your drivers or installing the newest version of them for your VGA and reinstalling directX 9.

Don't do what Baymore suggests, you need some water in the bottom of the monitor else all the pixels will drain out. Any blond can tell you that. :(
