Add-on sounds

trying to install add-on a340 sounds to flightcraft's a340-600.. the sound file reads as: alias=fsfsconv\a340\sound

But when loaded, it is the most awful sound ever! It also loads with the wrong panel. Is this because it is looking for a panel and sounds that arent there?

I am downloading sounds by eric cantu for this bird now, but where do i put them and how do I get them to work?
