Red Arrows GMAX 4 Problem

Possibly not the place for this but have downloaded the Red arrows pack and it is great. Had the GMAX4 working so that when the aircraft performed a manouver Red1 shouted it out as expected. This worked great first time after install but now for some reason it has stopped doing it, still get smoke on and smoke off call but none of the others (you know when you put out spoiler red 2 and 4 roll and red1 shouts roll now). Anyone any ideas what is up, I have FSSound.DLL thing and also the OLD MODULES thing set so it isn't that... the aircraft still perform the manouever just no red1 shout...
