Landable moving AI aircarft carriers?

Postby JBaymore » Tue Nov 09, 2004 12:22 pm

I've been thinking about this for a while........

Thanks to Holger, we now have  AI boats.  They motor about in the virtual seas quite nicely with wakes an all.  Adds a VERY interesting touch to the coastlines when they are present.

SO.......................

Has anyone taken and made an aircraft carrier into an AI boat........ and then had the deck landable too?  That would be FAR more realistic than the 'sitting ducks" that the fixed carriers are.

The only other thing that would really make this even more realistic would to be adding the rolling motion of the ship on the waves (that are not there in the Microsoft Seas").

best,

..................john

It would be great!!!! Problem is you can't get the hardened elevated surface to follow the boat around. Maybe next christmas, lol...Till then you can put most fs2002 aircraft in cfs2.....have fun!
