Ok, just tried it, coupla questions...
Is it supposed to throttle down while you're still on the runway? I've never heard of this before (literally, I've never heard the engines throttling down while on takeoff in real life), I always thought you pushed it to 98% and left it there until off the runway, not that with TO/GA engaged it throttled down. Now I see how it's possible to maintain v2+20. It's just, ya know, after doing hundreds of takeoffs with the engines at full power, this sounds kinda weird but I could get used to it. ;D
