ATC speech

Good Day From South Africa -- could anybody please help I Am Stuck and unable to make my ATC talk to me.

Everything in the Settings has been selected still nothing. Does ATC in FS2004 speak all I get is the ATC box popping up.

The one thing I can think of is make sure the Avionics switch is turned on. Select the 777 and I think it's in the upper? left of the panel. sometimes if that is off, the box still pops up but your "radios" are off so you can't hear them. Hope that may help.   ~Brent
