You can get a new one free from Microsoft. Just e-mail from the contact page.

I hope M$ comes through for you. If not a copy will not be much help to you. While you will be able to copy files from the disk It will not allow you to install from it. The first thing I did when I purchesed FS2004 was to copy it. One of those just in case actions. But it would not allow me install from the copies, before the no cd patch came out it would not even allow me to use the copy of the #4 disk. So making a copy is not a bad idea just pray to whatever god you want that you do not have to reinstall it.  ;D

Asa long as you are a registered user, MS rarely has a problem replacing a broken disc.  The thing is, you have to be registered.  It also depends on how you treat them.  If you are decent and respectful to them, they will be more willing to help you out.  I know this first hand; they have helped me out.  However, if you are rude to them, or childish when you speak to them, then you are less likely to get help, and I don't blame them.

If they are charging you for a new disc, then you are not registered or do not own the game in the first place....

ah..dont own the game...waiting for you:)

i own it, bought with my hard earned peso's  8)

i talked to a lady, she was super nice and so was I , so there was no rudeness, she suggested at MS replacement cost that i shop around before i commit to them. My product is kosher with them, so all is good..

how do i register? send the little form in that is bundled with the game? you mean the schwag that gets tossed in earnest just so one can rip into the game play ?  ;D
